About the Company

Located in Somerville, Mass, Maloney Geospatial provides a full range of land surveying and GIS (geographic information systems) services . Our primary clients include homeowners, architects, and contractors/developers. We are fully insured with professional liability, workers' compensation, general liability, equipment, and commercial auto insurance policies. Copies of our insurance certificates are available upon request. Maloney Geospatial utilizes a range of modern equipment including a Trimble 5603 robotic total station and a Leica SR530 differential GPS receiver, as well as more conventional survey equipment. We also have a full suite of modern software, inluding Carlson Survey with IntelliCAD and ESRI ArcView GIS software, allowing us to process and deliver data in almost any format.
